Vancouver, BC, – [February 4, 2026] – Optima Living has launched a brand-new website and introduced Olivia, an AI-powered virtual assistant, as part of a broader effort to transform how residents, families, and prospective residents experience Optima Living online.
Developed to make online interactions faster and more personal, the new digital platform brings key information and services into one streamlined experience, allowing users to explore communities, learn about services, and book tours anytime and from anywhere.
“Our new website is a fresh, modern space that truly reflects who we are today and makes it easier for people to find what they’re looking for,” said Carmen Chung, Director of Marketing at Optima Living. “Everything comes together in one place, supporting how people explore and engage with what matters most to them.”
A key feature of the launch is Olivia, Optima Living’s AI-powered virtual assistant. Olivia supports visitors throughout the online journey by providing guidance and helping users navigate information more efficiently.
Olivia’s name reflects the values that guide Optima Living: olive for peace and friendship, Liv for protection, and Via for guidance. The name is a nod to Optima Living’s commitment to supporting people on their journey to feeling at home. Olivia is designed not only as a digital tool, but as an extension of Optima Living’s promise to deliver a warm, intuitive experience at every touchpoint.
A special congratulations to Paul Ramirez, General Manager at Summerwood Village, for winning the Olivia naming contest and helping bring this new part of Optima Living’s digital experience to life.
This launch also supports Optima Intelligence (OI), Optima Living’s company-wide initiative focused on using Analytics, Automation, and AI to create smarter, scalable systems that improve how teams work, strengthen operational support, and enhance the resident experience.
