Looking for the right senior living community can feel like a big step. Whether you’re exploring options for yourself, helping a parent, or planning ahead, it helps to have clear information and an easy way to take the next step.
That’s why Optima Living has launched a brand-new website designed with residents, future residents, and families in mind.
The new site makes it easier to explore communities, learn about services, and book a tour anytime, anywhere. It’s a smoother experience from start to finish, with information that’s easier to find and pages that are simpler to navigate.
“When people come to our website, they’re often navigating a big life decision,” says Carmen Chung, Director of Marketing at Optima Living. “We wanted the experience to feel supportive and intuitive, so visitors can focus on finding the information that matters most to them without feeling overwhelmed.”
Meet Olivia: A Friendly Guide Along the Way
A key part of the new experience is Olivia, Optima Living’s AI-powered virtual assistant. Olivia helps visitors in real time by answering questions and guiding them through the website, so families can find what they need without extra searching.
Her name was chosen with care: olive for peace and friendship, Liv for protection, and Via for guidance. It reflects how Optima Living supports people on their journey to feeling at home.
A special congratulations to Paul Ramirez, General Manager at Summerwood Village, for winning the Olivia naming contest and helping bring this new part of the experience to life.
Olivia is more than technology. She’s part of a bigger commitment to making every interaction with Optima Living feel welcoming and personal.
