Reminder: Dayforce Download Day—February 20 for Wave 1 Communities and OSM
As a reminder, Dayforce Download Day is coming up on February 20 for Wave 1 Communities and OSM. This is an important step to help everyone feel comfortable using Dayforce ahead of the February 22 launch.
To support a smooth go-live, there are two simple activities we’re asking Wave 1 team members to take part in before launch. We encourage everyone to complete both.
- Sweet Start: Dayforce Download and Donuts
On February 20, please download the Dayforce app on your mobile device and complete the initial setup. Once you’re set up, let your General Manager (or designate) know and enjoy a donut on us.
- Dayforce Discovery Passport
Your community will also receive the Dayforce Discovery Passport — a short, hands-on activity that helps you get familiar with key Dayforce features like signing in, viewing your schedule, and checking your personal information. Each task takes just a few minutes and is designed to help you feel ready for the launch.

- What happens if I clock in before my shift starts?
You will not be paid for any extra time unless your manager specifically requested you to start early and approved it.
