Olds, AB — February 25, 2026 — Optima Living, a Top 10 Canadian owner and operator of seniors living and care communities, today announced the acquisition of Seasons Olds, a 41-suite retirement residence within a 65-unit condominium complex, from Seasons Retirement.
With the transaction completed, Optima Living has renamed the community to Harvest House.
Located just south of the Olds Hospital & Care Centre and within close proximity to the town of Olds, Alberta, the community offers independent living as well as Continuing Care Type B suites.

Formerly known as Seasons Olds, Harvest House will continue to provide the same range of living options and care services, with no changes to residents’ homes, care teams, or daily routines.
This acquisition further strengthens Optima Living’s presence in Alberta and supports its long-term growth strategy to grow a diversified portfolio of seniors living and continuing care communities to support Canadian seniors.
