Based on verified three-year revenue growth from 2022 to 2025, the ranking recognizes Canadian organizations demonstrating exceptional growth, leadership, and business performance. Optima Living achieved a verified growth rate of 146%, marking another milestone in its continued expansion within Canada.
The national recognition follows Optima Living’s strong performance in The Globe and Mail’s provincial rankings in 2025, when Optima Living ranked 10th in British Columbia and equivalent to third among Alberta’s fastest-growing companies. Together, these achievements underscore Optima Living’s emergence as one of Canada’s leading seniors living providers.
Since 2025, Optima Living has expanded from 39 to 49 communities across Alberta and British Columbia and welcomed approximately 1,700 additional team members, enhancing its ability to serve seniors and families across the region while continuing to invest in innovation, brain health, resident experience, and community partnerships.
