What is the Price Lock promotion?
The Price Lock promotion allows eligible new residents to lock in their 2026 monthly base rent rate for 2027 when they sign their lease on or before December 31st and take financial possession by December 31st, 2026.
Why should I lock in my rate before 2027?
Monthly rents are increasing in January. By signing your lease and taking financial possession on or before December 31st, you can secure your 2026 base rent rate for 2027 and enjoy peace of mind knowing your eligible base rent is locked in.

Which suites are eligible for the Price Lock promotion?
The promotion is available to eligible Independent Living and private-pay residences at Optima Living Senior Communities in Alberta and British Columbia.
When do I need to sign my lease and move in?
To qualify, you must sign your lease on or before December 31, 2026 and have financial possession by December 31, 2026.
How much will my monthly rent be?
Starting prices vary by participating Optima Living Senior Community and eligible suite.
The Price Lock applies to base monthly rent only; care and service charges are not included.
