In September 2022, Optima Living welcomed The Hamlets into our family of senior living residences: eight seniors’ supportive living communities from H&H Total Care. In March of 2023, Optima Living delineated six of these residences as the flagships of our new Long-Term Elderly Care division, now called The Hamlets.
In order to differentiate them as distinct Independent Living communities, The Hamlets at Cedarwood and The Hamlets at Deer Park have undergone a branding refresh, featuring new logos, new branding colours, and even new names: Cedarwood Station and Deer Park Village.
The refresh sets them apart from The Hamlets brand, which now exclusively caters to seniors in need of long-term care. To learn more about this rebranding initiative, watch this video

Optima Living’s North Star, Let us welcome you home, speaks to the underlying principles and experiences seniors can expect when they move into an Optima Living community. Cedarwood Station and Deer Park Village will continue to provide the excellent Independent Living care that seniors at The Hamlets have become accustomed to, joining our family of retirement communities that include Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long-Term Care, Supportive Living, and Residential Mental Health.
