Never Too Late:
The Power of Goal Setting
|
|
At Optima Living, we believe that
life is best lived with purpose, no
matter our age. Setting goals gives
each day meaning and helps us work
toward self-improvement. It’s a
reminder that our journey never
truly stops and that we are capable
of achieving remarkable things at
every stage of life.
For seniors, goal setting is about
embracing a mindset that values
progress and possibility, not just
about achieving something tangible.
Goals help us look forward to
the future, reflect on what matters
most, and celebrate milestones along
the way.

Live Authentically:
Enhance the life you love!
|
|
Senior living doesn’t mean changing
who you are—it’s about enhancing the
life you already love!
Living authentically is at the heart
of senior living. It’s about
continuing to do what makes you happy,
staying connected to the things that
matter most, and creating a space
where you can thrive. In a community
that values individuality, you can
live the way you always have—with joy
and confidence.
It’s about living with purpose, in a
place that feels like home.

Recently, our residents
flocked together for an
exciting game of bird racing,
a whimsical twist on the
traditional horse racing
concept! In the end, it wasn’t
about who won, it was about
the joy of friendly
competition and creating new
memories together.

What better way to spend a
chilly day than decorating
cookies together? Residents got
creative with frosting and
sprinkles, turning plain cookies
into edible masterpieces. The
warmth of our community
certainly melted away the winter
chill. It’s these moments that
make our days brighter, no
matter how cold it gets
outside!

We created a two season,
space saving craft! Our
residents made practical and
beautiful door hangers; one
side of the hanger is for fall

Christmas! We had so much fun

enjoyed getting into the
Christmas spirit a little
early!
