Optima Living communities across Alberta and British Columbia opened their doors on September 14th for our annual fall Open House event. We welcomed over 1400 guests, who enjoyed great food, good company, personal tours, and live entertainment at each residence! A Tour Through Optima Living
At Aster Gardens, prospective residents enjoyed sangria, souvenirs, vendors, and even a live music performance! We also hosted exercise classes, bingo, and shuffleboard.
At Cedarwood Station, we enjoyed great community and a tonne of home-baked snacks.
At Everitt Gardens, one lucky attendee took home this beautiful fall-themed gift basket!
At Inglewood, visitors were greeted with a gorgeous autumnal coffee bar, and everyone left with a gift box.
At Rutherford Heights, a few lucky visitors won fall-themed gift baskets, and everyone else was treated to door prizes and a fun spinning wheel game. Outside, we had a car show full of beautiful cars from every era! We capped the day off with a delicious hot dog barbecue.
At The Edward, guests were treated to some delightful, chef-crafted cuisine, including smoked salmon and verine. Seeing everyone sitting together in our dining room enjoying each other’s company was the highlight of the afternoon.
People Place Community
This fall’s events excelled at bringing people together under one roof to enjoy fun and friendship. As a result, many new families and individuals are now calling Optima Living communities home! We are so excited that new people are joining our growing community, and we’re ready to make sure they feel welcomed home every day.
A big thank you goes out to all our team members and Optima Living Senior Management volunteers, each of whom showed genuine kindness and the welcoming spirit that defines Optima Living. They made the events a huge success!

We extend our deepest gratitude to every guest, resident, and team member who participated in our fall 2024 Open Houses. Everyone had fun and wore a big smile all day, and made sure that each community felt like a welcoming home where everyone feels welcomed, respected, and cherished.
