More than thirty Optima Living communities across Alberta and British Columbia opened their doors on April 12th and 13th for our annual spring Open House events. These events marked a landmark occasion as we welcomed over 1,600 guests in two days, a testament to the thriving spirit and inviting atmosphere cultivated within each of our residences.
A Tour Through Our Communities
Aspen Ridge in Red Deer dazzled with its highest ever attendance, creating a lively buzz, leaving guests impressed by the vibrancy of our community.
At Aster Gardens, the aroma of freshly baked cinnamon buns filled the air, enchanting our visitors as they toured with our resident ambassador. The combination of delicious treats and heartfelt stories from our residents created a warm, welcoming experience that resonated deeply with prospective families.
Red Deer’s Deer Park Village and St. Albert’s Everitt Gardens took community engagement to new heights, with resident ambassadors and community partners showcasing the rich, active lifestyles our residents enjoy. From book clubs to fitness sessions, every guest left with a taste of the community spirit that defines Optima Living.
The Hamlets at Duncan saw a significant surge in visitors, demonstrating the growing interest in our unique approach to senior living. Our community at The Hamlets at Penticton also shined, with guests appreciating the sincere testimonials shared by our resident ambassadors.

Summerwood Village in Sherwood Park impressed with exquisite decor and engaging tours led by our resident ambassadors, who brought personal anecdotes and community insights to life for our visitors.
Sweetgrass in Slave Lake turned up the excitement with a casino night, offering fun-filled interactions that showcased our commitment to exciting senior living.
At Richmond’s Wisteria Place, creativity was in full swing with a craft session during the Open House, highlighting the active and engaging lifestyle that residents can expect.
