In order to achieve this prestigious recognition, senior living communities must receive a resident satisfaction score of 85% or above, coupled with a noteworthy 50% survey response rate. As per Sensight Surveys, the evaluation is based on residents’ overall contentment with their living environment, emphasizing the sense of feeling at home and free from any apprehensions about relocating.
