Visiting senior friends and relatives living in Assisted Living communities is an excellent opportunity for children and grandchildren to bond with their loved ones. However, children can sometimes become restless during these visits, leading to boredom for both the child and the resident. Therefore, it's essential to keep children engaged.

Encourage children to communicate with the senior resident during the visit. Most seniors appreciate the engagement even if the child is hard to understand. Encourage the child to share about their day, hobbies, friends, or pets. This helps to keep the conversation going, creating a meaningful connection between the child and the senior resident. Aster Gardens

During our Open House event on April 22, our chef created tasters in the demo kitchen all afternoon, so guests had the opportunity to sample some of our amazing food. We all enjoyed the live music while sipping on signature drinks in the pub. Thank you to all who came!

Wild Rose

How lucky are we to have had local vendors like pharmacies and estate planners join us for an Open House? Our residents and guests throughly enjoyed being creative with Artfull Enrichment, and getting active in a lively chair yoga session. The delicious finger foods, punch, and cookies were just a cherry on top. Our guests raved about their homemade gifts made by the residents of Wild Rose. Thank you for visiting us! We can't wait to see you again.
