Osteoporosis is a common condition that weakens bones and increases fracture risk, particularly among older adults. Prevention—focusing on education, regular exercise, and a nutritious diet to enhance bone health—is crucial in managing osteoporosis.

At Optima Living, we strive to advocate for prevention strategies and support individuals in maintaining strong, healthy bones across all stages of life.

National Seniors Day

October 1st was National Seniors Day!

We took this day as an opportunity to celebrate the stories, achievements, and lifelong lessons of the seniors in our lives. Their resilience and spirit has shaped our communities and inspired us to create a brighter future.  We believe in the importance of supporting and uplifting seniors in all aspects of their lives.

Join us in recognizing the legacy of our seniors and ensuring they continue to thrive with dignity and respect.

We are thrilled to announce that Optima Living's communities across British Columbia and Alberta came together in an incredible show of generosity this past August and September, contributing a record-breaking 30,000 pounds of food to local food banks. Over the course of a 45-day donation drive, our residents, team members, and partners rallied to make a meaningful impact.
